The lack parts of the suit are made of some kind thing and elastic leather. The purple parts are made from purple lycra which I lined with thick interfacing.
The black parts of my cape, the collar and the gauntlets consist of thick artificial leather.
Unfortunately I have to tell you that all these fabrics aren’t easy to work with. Elastic fabrics and artificial leather are some of the most difficult materials to work with when it comes to sewing.
